Customer story
Booking the whole plan changed more than anything else they tried
A Dutch chiropractic practice found that plan completion, not new leads, was the constraint on growth.

Figures in this story are illustrative while we finalise reporting with the practice. The workflows described are real. Chiropractie Leiden had tried most of the things a growing practice tries. What they had not solved was the one that actually mattered, which was that patients were booking their care plan one visit at a time.
It sounds administrative. It is not. A plan booked a visit at a time loses momentum around week three: the patient misses one, does not rebook immediately, and by the time anybody notices they have decided they are finished. The clinical outcome and the commercial one fail together, and neither shows up as a problem until the quarter is already over. Compounding it, missed visits were spotted days later, and calls arrived in both Dutch and English.
The change was almost embarrassingly simple in description and difficult in practice: book the whole plan on the first call. Three times a week tapering to once, laid out across the full course, at times the patient chooses, in one conversation. That single change did more for completion than anything else they had tried.
Underneath it, two supports. A patient who misses a visit inside an active plan is called back the next day rather than a fortnight later, when they are still recoverable. And the agent handles the call in whichever language the patient opens in, so nobody has to switch or apologise. The detail is on their customer story and under chiropractic.
Without
- A full diary and no way to fill a cancellation
- Dutch and English handled by whoever is in
- Gaps discovered when the day is already over
With 2care
- Cancellations backfilled from the waitlist same day
- Both languages on the same published number
- The gap offered before anybody notices it

The fastest way to judge any of this is to be on the other end of a call. The demo will ring your phone in under a minute, or you can book fifteen minutes and we will run it against your own call flows. Other practices describe what changed for them, and patients describe the same calls from their side.
