The humans

It started with a phone nobody answered.

A family member needed care. The clinic was good, the clinicians were good, and the phone rang out anyway - at lunch, after five, every time it mattered. The care was never the problem. Getting through to it was.

That is still the whole thesis. Practices are not short of expertise, they are short of hours at the front desk. So we built the part that answers, books it and writes it back - and hands over the second a human is needed.
